very clean and comfortable. beautiful kitchenette.

room had 2 bathrooms, nice size kitchen, modern style amenities

loved that the gym open 24hrs a day

the pool on the property was small, and not much of a view

breakfast was out of everything and told they made a list the day before and notified the manager

i would like to see more non-pork items for breakfast

when we checked in the manager was excited about the hotel, telling us it even had a heated pool

alarms being pulled by kids in the middle of the night, screen for sliding door was broke, sink had no pressure

the neighbor guests were letting there kids run the halls @2am

the kids playing in the hallway and running back and forth in their rooms

is no day to day cleaning service, so if you got kids or make a mess by accident, nothing is getting picked up

food services, pool, gym, bar, social areas were available yet the rate reflected more accommodations

liked & used the gym facility

maker in the fridge was turned off and the bin empty but the front desk staff went right to the kitchen and got

parking was a bit rough.

wifi was free, as advertised

kids loved the pool and the outside set up was enjoyable

night they put a very noisy family with kids next door

surprisingly good food at the bar vis a vis the limited kitchen facilities

location, cleanliness- early & late check out request accommodated

we both ate salads and they were delicious n my husband ate breakfast and he said it was very good also

wall unit ticked all night i made a complaint and the front desk clerk basically blamed it on the kids and said

i decided to stay here with my kids knowing the area since our heater was getting fixed and my husband was out

downside was the alarm went off twice sunday morning waking up the kids who had games to play that day

kids running in hallways after midnight and we had to get up at 4:30am for flight out of sacremento

bed is hard as a rock and beyond uncomfortable, there were kids yelling and screaming running through the hallway

being that i have three kids this saved me a lot of money

location, my kids liked the breakfast

my stay was a one night luckily i didn t stay for long and didn t bring my kids like i planned

i wish breakfast was until 10-00 am finished to early i missed it

very modern and clean with a nice breakfast included.

unable to use the pool because of covid, my kids were able to use the basketball court and game tables

needed to resolve this on my own but was disappointed when on the balcony noted two rooms having room service

wish i would have known ahead of time about what you get with the spa services

loved the spa and restaurant.

spa was fantastic. my massage was excellent. updated rooms gym and pool were nice.

i was worried about the noise level when i saw a group with several kids but it was not a problem

we had a suite and it was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids

my children weren't happy so overall it is no place for kids to stay

manager and employees were rude and they discriminated my 3,4 yr old autistic kids and they charged me $250
