we had to park a block away in a parkade and walk over - two tired kids this was not ideal
breakfast is , and awesome, staff provide special pancake for our kids as well, it's surprise for them

there were young kids everywhere running through the hallway almost bumping into my wife, and my dog and i
are loads of sports teams that stay at this hotel and all the kids running up and down the hallways get a bit
hockey tournament young kids were to noisy running up and down the halls late evenings
i plug in the tub did not work for the kids to have a bath.
and they had a kids menu

staff was very helpful and the hotel is really good. my kids loved the pool

not use it and second night the hot pool was also unavailable so that was a disappointing for kids and our group
was very noisy in hallways at night and also the room above us very noisy and people/kids running over
kid friendly food was fantastic my kids loved it

our kids wanted to swim and there were no more towels so we asked her and instead of saying no problem
good for 2 or 3 kids maybe, anything more and it is too crowded to move
the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the selection is geared towards kids.
we were travelling with kids and they are not patient; especially after being stuck in a vehicle for several
overall it's great place for business trip but i would think twice if it's for family with small kids

add to that sporadic wifi causing me to use my own
the wifi did not connect ever. location was terrible with drug use everywhere
easy but we did not get a lot of info from the front desk person, we did not find out about the wifi until sunday
but a lot of aimless appearing individuals seem to frequent the grounds and cut through the parking lot
was charged for my pet, after being told during the booking process that there would be no additional charges

beds are amazing! everything is very clean. staff is very helpful. my kids loved the pool.
we were 2 adults and 2 kids which is what we stated on booking
a long flight, it would have been nice to have a quiet room and not put next to a family with kids
