kids and i went to the pool and when we came back there were 3 roaches crawling on the floor in the

the next morning, the kids wanted breakfast so i decided to contact the front desk & see if they offered
in room 228 i was moved to 419 at 2 am in the morning and given the wrong keys had to carry three kids back down
pillows and screaming kids!
i watched 2 other kids fall and they didn t get hurt either

multiple families with many screaming kids each was not the best end to a super relaxing spa treatment
the grounds were beautiful and the pool had a spiral slide which the kids enjoyed

hotel itself is really beautiful and i loved the view i was on the 11th floor and my kids were excited when the
place, unfortunately it was not the case and the front desk won t help to warm the food for my kids
it made this space useless for our kids as i wouldn't want my children around it
had a bar and restaurant on sight and staff was very friendly. very comfortable rooms.

after a couple days of being in the new room young kids rented the room it was the same issue
pool was closed for maintenance so kids were disappointed.
also we had booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be near each other as we have small kids that were going back
i should've been told the pool was closed before i checked in and the fire pit wasn't working

very hot in the pool area and very loud. not very many pool towels. had to share with the kids.
