the people in a neighboring room were quite noisy at about 5 am one day; kids jumping around

just some guys who were smoking right in front door main entrance, and my kids have respiratory infection

from lobby echoed horribly and kids were there making noise

since the site only mentioned the limited breakfast we assumed it would be open and our kids were upset they

the whirlpool literally could only hold two people and with four kids splashing in the pool there was no way

good location - 10 minute drive on average for restaurants. indoor pool was great with the kids.

one quick example of this is when i arrived on my last trip, a family with 3 kids was there and the kids were

i checked in i was forced to pay an additional $75 pet fee after already paying it once with my booking through

you must tell me about the 75 dollar extra pet fee before checking out.

we also used the pullout sofa because we had our kids so we asked for extra pillows and we're told they couldn

my husband could activate the wifi, but neither my phone nor ipad would connect

pool was closed and we were not told this at check in (there was a info sheet out that said it was

quiet and had a cafe and pool was nice

desk did not explain the features of the hotel or what it have to offer to guest nor wifi

staff was rude with a customer in front of me, walls paper thin, knocking at 1am, kids running down the halls,

was very hot despite air conditioner on and potentially circulating something as myself and my kids are now sick
