off street parking in the building with easy access

needs to say you need passport id even if checking in kids we spent 45 mins trying to track down copies of
location - nothing around; breakfast a bit limited
they allowed guests to park cars on the driveway of the parking blocking other cars, and i have to wait more
one of the staff at breakfast was quite rude. apart from this everything else was great.
