the sofa bed was not that comfortable. kids did not slept that well on it!

beach is an around 15 min walking (with small kids), so some simple transfer can improve your accessibility for
beautiful location, our kids loved the shuttle to and from the beach

it was a wonderful place to bring kids and pets
complaint is the kids got in the pool after they must have recently treated it, lots of coughing and very strong

my two kids were already dressed for pool when we saw it was locked and asked at reception
liked the friendly service and the kids loved the pool
carpets in the rooms which make our kids feet black
teens/ kids running the halls and noise until 3am+ with no one telling them to quiet down!

we had a cab drive us out to a few kids attractions about 40mins outside of charolette town easy
there was a great little playground right across from the inn which was perfect for the kids
we booked was huge and more like an apartment, which was great for us (family of 2 adults and 2 kids) to be able

dedicated parking lot was great
the room was well appointed, especially liked the 'fireplace' and the separate lounge area
we didn't know we had been booked in a room dominated by a spa we would never use.

lastly we were placed under a family with a least 3 little kids who screamed and jumped on the beds- understandable
were traveling with young kids and there were no kids tv channels
