very quick check-in at late arrival with 2 tired kids
was a kids party going on when we arrived in the afternoon which was extremely noisy with very loud disco
the wifi was unreliable - unacceptable. the check-in took too long.

so no enclosed space, with doors or even a curtain, meaning the water went all over the bathroom floor

not enough kitchen utensils
we could use more kitchen utensils
kitchen is lacking in utensils like kitchen knifes and there is no tea towel for drying the dishes,
no kettle in the kitchen and the fridge smelled awful
no possibility of sun shade on terraces, the kitchen is far from well stocked

also, the wifi is turned off between 24:00 and 08:00 which was a little frustrating
excellent central location in the old town and really good to have secure private parking adjacent
parking can be tricky at certain times.
parking nearby is difficult at busy times of the day.

didn't eat at the hotel, but we did eat in the cafe bar owned by the hotel piox11 just down the road, and it

just a few meters around the corner from the hotel is bar chiki, which does excellent tapas at very low prices

the location and the pool area was lovely
the pool area was lovely and we enjoyed sitting with a bottle of wine enjoying the sunset and view
pool was very very cold , and i really feel there should be a hand rail to help getting in and out
