we travel frequently and kids look forward to a pool & this is the only hotel who s pool is closed (and with
they did have 1 rollaway ready in the room when we arrived but 1 of my kids still had to sleep on the floor

basically pushed into a corner and unable to swim due to almost being jumped on several times by kids and teens

there were kids toys everywhere in the room which showed me room wasn't cleaned properly

so even if we went down there at 9pm (pool closes at 10), there were always kids down there
the tub drain was out of the tub when we got there, i had to fix it so my kids could take a bath

we watched christmas movies and had panera without kids or dogs
my suggestion is when you have groups of people especially ones with wild rowdy kids that can t be watched

for rooms next to each other, made changes without question and then when we came in with the kids he stopped

the hotel employees did absolutely nothing about the kids screaming and sprinting up and down the hallways for
the pool is too small. no hot tub. nothing really for kids to do.
pool was out of service which was why we booked this one as we were driving to let the kids play area was sketch
