staffs fault at all but a very large group invaded the pool while we were there and one of the kids in the group
the room next to ours seemed like they had 12 kids in the room

awaken by kids on my floor screaming and crying from early morning until they checked out
they did have 1 rollaway ready in the room when we arrived but 1 of my kids still had to sleep on the floor
we travel frequently and kids look forward to a pool & this is the only hotel who s pool is closed (and with
the pool was a little cool and the hot tub was not open. but these were only a minor problem.

booked this room to have a fun weekend with my kids after taking them to the local hockey game
the people across the hall with kids that were screaming and knocking and slamming their door.

thing i like about the stay is that you got kids screaming and running round like a play ground at 7 o clock
no breakfast. vending machine snacks. too many kids in the room across from me noisy.
use of the pool .. my grand kids were very disappointed we weren t able to use the pool

felt safe staying with kids during covid. staff kept room and common areas clean.
there were kids toys everywhere in the room which showed me room wasn't cleaned properly
the kids didn't like that the pool was closed but i didn't mind to much.
this really disappointed our kids

i had three kids sleeping and had to make a 8 hour drive on my own the next day on very little sleep thanks to
the only downside to our stay was that this was a weekend away from our kids, and we got put in a room with
clean, very accommodating. early check in was no problem.

the pool is too small. no hot tub. nothing really for kids to do.
the hotel employees did absolutely nothing about the kids screaming and sprinting up and down the hallways for
pool was out of service which was why we booked this one as we were driving to let the kids play area was sketch

there were grow adult kids in the pool and was making it very hard to try and swim and enjoy
there was a woman with so many kids there making noise all hours of the night, 2am, 3am 4am
for rooms next to each other, made changes without question and then when we came in with the kids he stopped
swim, to many kids in the pool at all times, should have some adult designated times
the guest above us that wouldn t/couldn t control there kids
