the pool was dirty and full of beetles

pool was closed maintenance was not so well total premises needs soft

they directed us to the house across from us (which our key didn't work for) or the fitness center, which at

we got back at 8:00pm and the hotel bar was closed

and we enjoyed exploring the property even if we did not use all of the amenities, like the pool or free bicycles

overgrown weeds covered the parking lot/sidewalks, the stairway was cracked and decrepit, & the laundry room

price, excellent location, great breakfast, clean rooms

breakfast was okay wasn't that great but we didn't get there when it started so that may have

also know it was a pet friendly room

price for pet @$15 was higher than most other places

only disappointment was that the complementary breakfast was very bare

there was free wifi but it basically didn t work, even for simple use.

the breakfast needs to be ungraded. offer some danish, and a simple waffle maker.

the breakfast selections were meager even for a continental breakfast

i disliked having to pay for parking.

there was plenty of parking, a wonderful bar in the lobby and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable

my grand kids were able to stay with us a couple of nights

we were hoping to sleep in especially since this was our rare trip without kids

had an indoor pool, gym, and walking distance to everything i needed.

fridge for medical purposes, pool, continental breakfast was nice. comfortable beds.

pool was closed and there was no daily cleaning service allegedly due to covid

staff was wonderful - when i went down for a small breakfast, i was quickly helped and plate carried to a seat

the pool was a little smaller than expected

parents letting there kids jumping all around on the floors.

99 plus tax for my two kids(3&6 year old), never happened before

the toilet seat is off the hinges so this point i m furious i just took the kids to go get something to eat

i had older kids staying with me and we found it mildly inconvenient

so i had to wash my kids feet before i put them in the white bedding

i noticed only kids were in it - adults were sitting on the edge w their feet in

kids loved the pool and the size of the room

kitchenette would have been great also, has we been spending more that one night

my kids across the hall were also kept up, as was at least one other guest a few doors down because

difficult to handle when traveling with 2 younger kids

to give my son a bath at a family members house because of the mold along the seals of the tub (kids touch

plus, we be nice to have tv at couch area and also one bed area especially when you have kids staying too

parking was tight.

the breakfast hours could be extended

nice nice large room with two queen beds & full kitchen (microwave, fridge, silverware, plates, dish towel,

staff rooms huge and beautifully decorated everything thought off in kitchen lovely breakfast ud83dude0b fabulous

beautiful resort, clean rooms. kids loved the pools.

fitness room could stay open later for people who want to work out after the kids go to bed

booking with the resort, amenities such as the indoor pool were promoted as our kids were joining us, only for

kids in the hot tub

kids felt welcome and taken care of the second they stepped through the entrance and smelled the

shower curtains are not long enough, be wary if traveling with kids

kids in the hallway that had no regards for fellow travellers

especially the kids running up and down (not the hotels fault)

kids were blue after 30ish minutes

these were mature adults not kids

i had to explain to her that the baby was not going to be sleeping in bed with us, and 1 of the kids was sleeping

my kids enjoyed the pool a lot

perfectly clean, everything great. kids enjoyed pool after a long drive.

the breakfast staff was so sweet with our kids

wish the television had more kids choices.

also loved that the check out time was 12 noon so my kids could swim since we arrived later the night before

didn't like the fact that people bring kids and can't control them to be quite was woken up several times with

our room was very comfortable and my kids appreciated the dual thermostats

kids were running thru halls yelling during afternoon which was fine

we could not stay in there to watch the kids

kids loved it, and it was heated

there was a some separate space for the kids to sleep

my only issue was a problem with wifi connectivity, but my stay was only one night.

my kids have fun in the pool after a day of driving

pool was closed all morning for maintenance and kids were disappointed they couldn t swim

the trundle bed under the couch was great for the kids!

it was a great place to let the kids stretch their legs, grab some food, and rest for the night

rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was very good.

we loved how clean this hotel was! also, our kids enjoyed the pool being open until 11:00 pm!

search engine said this was pet friendly, it was not, this found us scrambling at 9 pm with kids and dogs for

felt like i wasn't welcome because of my kids

we booked for this reason for our kids

wish the pool would have been larger however, it's a hotel pool so
