staff were so friendly and so attentive, they went above and beyond with our kids, we are really looking forward

it was great for kids
staff were amazing - especially katie on reception. kids even got an ice lollie checking in
loved the room with 3 single beds and a double beds for a family of 5. kids had a blast

perfect, i highly recommend this place if you stay in cork for a while, with kids, relatives or in couple
parking was not too far away but it's still 2 blocks away, so with luggage and small kids it's not ideal

i met parents and kids in the lift who were complaining about how cold the swimming pool was
spa needs a refit. looks like it was new in the 80's and not touched since.
i loved the room and the bar area, which had a great atmosphere
some of the gym equipment was in need of repair but still adequate enough to use
wifi was free and we had no problem getting a signal on the top floor

here with my wife and two kids and we loved it and the kids thought it was absolutely amazing
