the wifi kept on disconnecting itself had to reconnect 5 or 6 times a day
i loved the extra treat of the sauna and plunge pool that i had all to myself
a complimentary drink on arrival and we re able to help ourselves to drinks at the honesty bar throughout our
breakfast very nice too ud83dude0bwith good choice

there is also a small pool on the 4th floor which was fun for the kids
kids enjoyed swimming in the roof top pool
roof top bar and its staff were wonderful and my kids loved the pool
wifi in our room was a bit hit and miss - it would cut out unexpectedly when you were in the midst
moved me to a room without the pillar - i suppose someone had to have that room the wifi was terrible, kept

had a room with a bunk bed for kids, it was just a regular room with extra sleeping place so it was too small
call to book the place for your car, access via car elevator - a bit claustrophobic but fun for kids :-)

i heard of everything: customers checking-in, talking, kids, noisy from the eating area,
the location of the hotel is ideal: many tapas bar on the same street and much more in the nearby streets
only small issue we had was one night we ordered room service (just snacks) which took forever to come
wifi is not good in the room!

could have been warmer - kids started shivering after just 15min faucet loose in room and floor not washed
materasse too hard for kids. rest good
our room had a great bed for a couple and two bunk beds, perfect for kids
kids loved the pool
pool was great for the kids (heated) and the man at the bar was lovely and accommodating
