there was only one working elevator and it shook and groaned so much my kids were afraid to get on it

love the room layout- when traveling with my kids it s wonderful to have a spacious suite with separate bedrooms

i didn t like was there was a lot of ball tournaments which made the hotel crowded, and the kids were loud
very last night, a party with kids arrived and allowed them to run up and down the halls and bang doors for
noise of kids running around hotel

not to mention, bad language from some of them in front of young kids
not sleep due to room above us with kids jumping and bouncing around
the laundry lady keep towels in the pool area! she was really nice!

very nice place for kids with a full kitchen and 2 minutes from everything i mean everything 16 minutes from
the amenities were good, my kids loved the pool
plus there was crack cocaine in the nightstand drawer my kids could of gotten a hold of
due to covid-19 i am empathized and ordered take out for my kids

the facility was clean and comfortable. they had an indoor pool, which the kids loved.
really something that could be helped but the pool was always full with a lot of kids and families
soccer weekend lots of kids running around. had to go out for breakfast as too crowded.

beautiful hotel that was clean and quiet. the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.
evening reception with two free drinks tickets per adult, lemonade and snacks for kids
we stayed in room 110 and the woman with kids next to us was loud and the mom was smoking weed so we smelled
i have no complaints. i would have liked a hot tub but the kids enjoyed to pool!
there were kids running through the halls at 3 am making lots of noise.
