the pool floor was so slick we lost count how many times people fell on the deck (not just kids running) overall
fold out was very uncomfortable and they didn't provide enough blankets or pillows for the kids

the hotel bar & restaurant are excellent and the staff delightful particularly wesley who was super helpful
was fine, great bar/ restaurant, nice gym/fitness center,(if your into that), no complaints
used to offer, for a fee, a pet package that included dog treats and a deluxe dog bed brought into the room
a $100 pet fee is excessive. highest i've ever paid. the restaurant is pretty good, but pricey.

hottub with the pool, which was okay as the pool was full of screaming kids

nice and clean pool perfect for the kids to swim, super comfy bed and pillows for a restful sleep and then

much to complain about - if i really had to say something - the kids were disappointed that there were no pancakes
actually had warm breakfast food! made myself and the kids waffles and had eggs and sausage
the pull out sofa couch had stains all over it and was filthy so couldn t have our kids sleeping on that and

we really enjoyed having the kids swim in the pool, while we could watch them from the hot tub
bed was as described and the full kitchen amenities were much appreciated
the hot tub was a little gross and the breakfast did not have many options.

was a man that was rude and yelled at the kids for screaming in the pool he told them we don't do that
my kids said their backs hurt after sleeping on these mattresses
having the pool and hot tub was great for the kids.
