travelled with little kids, so we booked really early morning guided tour

my kids always look forward to pools and yes there was a limit but they were still able to enjoy an

i know there was nothing you can do about this i was in the room next to laundry and kids running up and down

very clean, quiet and comfortable room for two adults and two kids

kids had fun playing in the pool and watching the disney channel

that night, repeating issues with access cards, noisy aircon, no breakfast, no crib for small kids

if i was with my wife and kids , i d probably go elsewhere

can hear loud and clear running water in the pipes, peoples' talking in other rooms, screaming kids in the level

were some extremely loud kids in there, ocuppying several rooms, speaking out loud in their rooms and corridors

kids found the breakfast nice as they had a neat pancake machine

was too noisy, the floors were paper thin i can hear kids running the hallways from the floor above

kids loved the pool, as it was extremely hot yesterday and the waffle machine

kids yelling / screaming at night and a baby crying at 1:30am until 2am and then back at 5am

breakfast was great, our kids had fun making their own pancakes

only complaint would be the accoustics with the faux wooden floors we could hear the kids running back and forth

my kids complain that the pool water smells really bad

tried to enjoy hot tub but too many kids in it

having a heated pool was a downer for the kids, when we had a late check in

the beds for the two kids were a bit small

the reason is because when we sat down one of our kids started gagging as we found out later got food poisoning

my kids absolutely loved every minute of being there
