there is a big area to play soccer, which was great for our kids, and there was also a trampoline and playground

this place miss only a gym

your key only gives you access to your floor (security reasons) which is a pain when your kids are on a
very confortable rooms with excellent tv (for my kids nintendo switch :-)
pool was closed for cleaning the day we arrived , so with 4 kids this wasn't ideal
missing room service menu, tv signal went out for hours at a time
gym is small could use more equipment.
