problem was when a man in the pool was watching me and kids and was doing some weird stuff to himself in the

no privacy in king suites when you have kids with you.

completely shut down which was one of the reasons for this visit was to be able to take my grand kids to a pool

had annoying people with small kids screaming in the hallway early in the morning and in the evening

we had to move rooms (with 3 kids 8 and under this was pretty disappointing)

didn t get to enjoy the swimming pool due to covid closures.

and spa not in service i was not notified

plenty of parking, no extra charge for parking

light shades were missing and ac unit not working, laundry facility out of order, ice machine on 1st floor didnt

i checked in 230am to a nasty room after a long drive and packed the kids up and left by 8am

could not use the kitchenette, no air conditioning in the bedroom only the common living space, wifi signal did

front desk was very helpful she showed us a different room and was welling to show us one in no smoking

they kids enjoyed it too

our room was on the 4th floor, there was a lot of kids running back and forth in the hallway, slamming doors,

many peoples that are being housed here was to busy in the parking lots broken down cars, kids playing in the

i traveled with two kids and two dogs, and everyone behaved and no-one seemed to be bothered by one of my dogs

the staff did not even offer anything despite having two small kids with us

lots of noise from people upstairs. very poor breakfast.

breakfast was the weakest link! it was not great at all. they need to improve on this.

we loved the pool/jacuzzi and the breakfast! as well as the kitchen in the room!

the hotel was clean the staff was sweet the pool and jacuzzi was amazing breakfast was on

like the fact that this hotel offers apartment features such as the mini kitchen and it came along with supplies

over 20 kids just running through the property unattended
