very loud little kids, music pounding

the people above us were jumping or wrestling(sounded like kids) between 10 and 11

one quick example of this is when i arrived on my last trip, a family with 3 kids was there and the kids were

lot of wasps near and around the pool

the breakfast was good, and the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful

was very hot despite air conditioner on and potentially circulating something as myself and my kids are now sick

staff was rude with a customer in front of me, walls paper thin, knocking at 1am, kids running down the halls,

clean, friendly staff, quiet, shady areas for pets & parking.

parking lot had a lot of trash and loitering

they are pet friendly with a pet area

the breakfast was outstanding and they treated our kids to little gift bags when we left which was very generous

all need thicker barriers between rooms, the room above us had kids running crazy until 2am which kept us all

no big deal for me but my kids look forward to

no wifi. computers were down. tv was new with no instructions to use. staff was very helpful.

we also used the pullout sofa because we had our kids so we asked for extra pillows and we're told they couldn

was very large and comfortable when traveling with kids

only negative thing was the bar very, very limited on what could be offered as far as adult beverages

since the site only mentioned the limited breakfast we assumed it would be open and our kids were upset they

the whirlpool literally could only hold two people and with four kids splashing in the pool there was no way

that room was literally crawling with roaches at 1:00 am when one of the kids got up to go to the bathroom

pool being heated, the bistro, the staff, the shower, the glasses that are in the room to use

i liked the bed and pool and jacuzzi

the fitness center was nice and clean and was great to get a quick workout

the beds and rooms were extremely comfortable and the pool and hot tub was very nice

need to atlest have pool open 24/7 for guess who stay/book at hotel. would be great

the people in a neighboring room were quite noisy at about 5 am one day; kids jumping around

room was very clean and even though there were kids there for cheerleading you would neve know it so quiet it

the kids loved the breakfast we enjoyed as well..

the pool was out of service but they were accommodations made at neighboring hotels

had to use my expensive perfume just so kids would quit complaining of smell and go to sleep it was horrible

rooms were clean they even let th kids use the breakfast room to play cards

it was a little bit annoying when you're checking in with kids and you could smell smoke before you went thru

i've been with kids before in a hotel and know its hard to keep them quiet, but we always make sure they are

apparently everyone was placed on the 2nd floor including screaming kids and yelling wives

the pictures on booking looked like it was a nice place however i m so glad i didn t bring my kids

4 kids and i had a blast swimming at the pool, the room was big enough and had plenty of beds so no

room next to us had kids and barking dog

breakfast was the best part for my 2small kids

people sitting in their cars in the parking lot all day with kids running around in the parking lot
