we had some young family with young kids above our room and they were very loud
the pool was very heavily chlorinated our eyes were burning just being in the room
great breakfast (extra $)

the view of the slopes from my window and the amazing breakfast choices were stellar

they do have a cool pancake machine that the kids liked, but it was spitting on half-cooked blobs of goo

main pool and spa could be updated but my kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the view from the spa was

my kids couldn t sleep on the fold out couch because it was so thin and they are tiny

we are a family with teenaged kids the music didn t bother them but for me after skiing all day i like to
had great stay, we were upgraded to two room apartment with fireplace and living room, 3 tv, kitchenette fully
a handful of times when i asked for things like spa reservations, i got some push back and multiple conflicting

have a rooftop pool bar that blasts music from 2-6p along with pendry s party on the plaza that also
