pool, and other amenities are so close it was perfect for our kids

i was also worried the kids would break it, simply should have been on the other wall next to main door

jacked the prices up alot when we wanted to stay an extra night because college kids and parents were in

we could not find a opening anywhere with a pool and my kids were bummed when we were told that it made our

the chlorine in the pool was extremely high, the kids eyes were burning and they were coughing horribly due to

booked this hotel because it had a nice pool for my younger kids but the pool was closed because the pump broke

my kids liked the pool

though i had hoped for an additional blanket in the closet, as the kids wanted to sleep on the pull out couch

did not let me know that the breakfast, pool, gym, and pretty much all amenities would be closed due to covid

was expecting that there would be a complimentary breakfast but then i realized it was not advertised in this

didn't like the idea of signing up for pool time since we had kids and they wanted to swim more

it was a very nice stay and the kids loved the pool

the location was great, and my kids enjoyed the snack options.

also, thank you for the accommodation so that our kids could swim when the pool was closed

that the pool was down for maintenance and that was the whole reason i bought a hotel for my kids to swim

there was a tournament in town with many young and energetic kids and she was so flexible and accommodating

needed vaccumed, not hardly any parking because big bucket trucks were taking up 4 or 5 spaces at a time

could not possibly have been plowed away so it played no real part in my unhappiness with the parking situation

the parking lot was poorly cleared of ice and snow.

had multiple complaints to front desk about kids running and ding dong ditching from 10 pm to around 2am

traveling with my kids & brother in law the sofa bed in the living room area was perfect to keep this mom from

the hotel was great, just seemed some of staff kids or grandchildren was running around

the kids loved the pool and breakfast in the lounge

having the option of a 3rd sleeping area when you have 2 kids is wonderful

kids wanted to swim the last couple hours of our stay

traveling as a single mother with two kids isn't the easiest and she made our stay easy and very accommodating

room was fantastic and spacious enough for my husband and i and our 3 young kids

the picture makes it look alot bigger and 10 kids in it and my 3 year old couldn't enjoy

pool for kids is really small. and big shower with no pressure.

the pool was a little on the small side but, hey it was a pool and the kids didn't mind.

they said kids were dropping syrup on the floor so they stopped having it

noisy kids next door even though i was on top floor.
