creaking floors in my room, parking in back not so great and wasn t an option due to space

staff, amazing period property, convenient parking, location in heart of town, great breakfast, not your average

we also liked the feel of the location like stepping back in time, had wifi and ac in the rooms, bed was

quiet, beautiful lobby and dining area, private guest parking, walkable distance from restaurants and shops,

plenty of room for parking at the rear

secondly the pool was closed and the kids were disappointed

entrance to the hotel parking lot was a little odd to me but not a major complaint or anything

breakfast was wonderful

it s in the back of a parking lot and the view from our room was of a restaurant dumpster.

the breakfast was good and the rooms were super clean

even my kids slept well

very end of breakfast time to get my daughter & granddaughter more waffle batter after a lotbof kids came

was a live roach in my bathroom noisy neighbors kids running and jumping in the room above and i could hear

was closed with no explanation as to why- had kids there and chose this hotel for the pool

comfy beds. clean lobby. pullout couch was good added bedding for kids.

room was decent to a point and they had a nice pool

very comfy bed. wifi automatically engaged. enjoyed variety of free breakfast.

we had hoped to use the pool since we were staying for daily intensive physical therapy sessions and thought

loud kids all night until an adult finally calmed them between 3:30 and 4 a

my kids were woken up over and over again because of the noise

it states that breakfast is included and kids eat free...they do not have breakfast!

it really help to have free laundry facility for the guests

they put us in a king with a pull out-not what you want when you have a bunch of exhausted kids at midnight

there were stains on the carpet in the corner and some sort of pet food all over the ground

we traveled with small kids so by 9pm i was exhausted and rest to go to sleep

the pool was not clean, my kids said it smelled like dirty bath water and the railing was broken as well as a

main reason for our stay here was the kids wanted to swim in the pool

staff are a bit snappy and the guest complained and threated to call police for my 3 and 10 month kids

people outside at midnight in parking lot smoking marijuana

have been staying at this location with my kids for a few years now and we don't have any issues

just the peace of things there was no kids running around

room was clean, spacious, and lower level which is good when traveling with kids

the only complaints i have are that the pool was closed which broke my kids hearts and the housekeeper didn't

it was nice to come down after all of the kids had eaten to find that there was still fresh food

i managed to get some cereal for the kids and pancakes

atmosphere of the workers were very judgmental and the breakfast lady made my kids feel embarrassed after they

wifi was going in and out
