were there we had take out in the lobby and one of the ladies was rude and not understanding of kids
issue was that the sofabed was super small and both my kids (ages 14 and 10) didn't fit comfortably on the bed
has no parking fire zone signs, even though usually you park at entrances like that to check in and bring
no big deal to me but for some it may be a deal breaker, no free wifi.

day staff put a family with 3 kids in room beside us that had a connecting door and it was extremely noisy
great options for kids, with cereals, toast, bagels and yogurt for those watching their weight or carbs
the breakfast was perfect for the kids and plenty of towels in the room

it sounded like a rodeo outside our door from 8am - 10am saturday morning with kids running up & down the
there were kids banging on doors screaming, a domestic dispute below in the middle of the night with doors
got the room with a veranda to be able to sit outside to smoke and be close to the room while our kids were in
but the people next door had a lot of kids and they let them outside early morning to run and yell

unattended kids with no policing by the staff- dirty uncleared tables- kids running around out of control in

was closed for renovations did not tell us that when we booked kids were upset because they could not

housekeeping and the front desk attendant walk into my room while my wife and kids were asleep at 6 am and we
hanging out & drinking in the parking lot, the bed bugs, the stains on my blanket, kids yelling & playing in
elevator, taking my stuff and all my kids stuff up to the 3rd floor was not ideal

were placed on the 3rd floor under a mom with 6 extremely noisy kids

and the gym was nice but unsafe kids was going there right out the pool straight on the equipment getting
the pool and jacuzzi area were nice, clean and my kids loved the pool. staff were excellent

the second night at 10:30pm one of their kids stood outside out door crying and screaming for about 15 minutes
which was not open yet because it was too early in the season but looked good for families with kids because
rooms have gotten nicer, bed is comfortable, free wifi, smoking rooms available
there were people yelling in the parking lot which seemed like almost all night

having the park and playground across the street for kids/pets/outdoor time is awesome
was a lot of noise due to a group of kids with their parents for a tournament of some sort
really would have like to have yogurt available all the time, would have been nice for the kids

would have been more convenient for laundry if a change machine was located near the machines.
