great pool and breakfast for kids!
we picked this for the kids for the free breakfast
had stated there was a pool onsite and that is why we booked it cuz we had 5 kids and free time before our
kids running and making noise at all hours. i should have been warned

stay at saratoga casino hotel with my kids
room was perfect---two adults-two kids--large
kids in a casino hotel. not a good look.
kids were not being watched in pool area one small child without a diaper on had an accident and
kids can't eat during the day, as the restaurants are in the casino and under 18 not allowed

live in saratoga and went here to use the pool for our kids
could have done a better job by screening guests and not placing a family with young kids next to a room full
it was fine for playing with the kids, but i did not want to swim laps in it
the people next door could have quieted their teenage kids after 11;00pm.

fact that we were there to get a break from everyday life and there was about 20 kids running down the hallways
staff was able to move us from a room that was surrounded by familes with kids and very noisy
even then they said it was not for everyone in room and made us pay for kids
the room was very clean, starbucks inside hotel was amazing for a mom with 3 kids!

1st time was due to a family above us with kids running and jumping nonstop

so so clean and the staff was awesome our room was a suite and gorgeous overlooking the pool

so we had to wait for the room to heat up before letting the kids go
any towels, only one hot tub jet worked, freezing pool, carpets old and bunched up, old balcony, kids obnoxious

updating my heater had to be turned on and off fo it did not have thermastat night staff allowed kids to play

they were friendly to our kids, and the kind man at the front desk provided quick assistance when my toddler
