to start, i booked online and was excited for the pool for the kids knowing that we would be coming in from a
really early and we arrived late so my daughter did not get much pool time cause of the rule - no kids under 1
my kids found a toy left behind under a chair and there was a goldfish cracker in the middle of the
pool goes to depth of 4 and a half feet; pool room is very clean and well appointed with towels,
liked that the pool was busy and they had a fitness area

it was ok. the attendant was very polite. working hard to keep up with the kids.

were kids above us that were running around and we could hear every time someone above us was walking
very friendly staff and then of course, a very nice breakfast with a lot of options and our room was very clean
the parking was close and convenient
their are several nearby restaurants and stores and a mcdonalds in the parking lot
only complaint is that they ran out of eggs at breakfast and never replenished them.

wish they would ve had a pool but then again i could ve picked s motel with a pool for the kids
it had sufficient coffee in the room for us and extras for the kids like games in the lobby, horshoes outside
7pm at night i was driving around traverse city in a snowstorm looking for a place for myself, 2 kids and 2 dogs
s in a mobile parking lot and there are permanent residents
if you need a place to lodge that is reasonably priced and pet friendly this is the place for you

were fantastic, the pool(s) were great other than the splash feature in the kids pool not working
the hotel wasn t busy at all, but yet we were put next to a room with screaming kids
person in line front of us with 2 kids had not been attended to for several mins
the bathroom was not designed to accommodate a traveling family with kids/teenagers, it was very small with
the location was perfect, the pool and hot tub were extremely nice, and the room was comfortable

i have no kids; so, this hotel was great for me and my husband
if you are trying to keep hotel costs down and have kids, then definitely go with sugar beach
could use a pool or some activities for kids.

great breakfast awesome location , kids loves the hot tub and pool would highly recommend.
rooms were quiet and spacious with a nice beach view. pool was great for the kids.

sand toys available for the little ones and the arcade was a nice touch for the older kids
always friendly staff. it was full of youth hockey kids, but everything was clean and tidy.

we had kids throwing pool towels into the pool and smacking water around everywhere after 10:30pm almost
free coffee all day. clean . such a friendly staff. great pool. kids loved it

nice lounge area of course we were traveling with kids but i got a carryout of food and it was tasty
when my son and i first got to the pool area there were 4 kids in the pool
kids stayed in the pool and hot tub all the way to 11pm
updated rooms were attractice, clean and except for screaming kids running up and down hallway, very quiet

kids on 3rd floor woke us up each morning even with our noise machine, no sound barrier at all

a days kids sit awhile and im happy the hotel was a managable walking distance for a 11 year old to choose

and the kids at the property where allowed to run free being loud and overly obnoxious until 11 2 night of

whole world under one roof - perfect place for a winter getaway with young kids while still allowing for adult

they noisy kids are not the fault of the hotel, it s a parenting thing
in advanced for 3 adults, we were sandwiched between 2 families with children, nothing against kids but i think
renovated. one secured parking spot per room
