kids got in the shower and black was coming off their feet

the lady if we could at least just grab some muffins (they were standing on the shelves) for the kids

parking got full very quick

asked for help from kitchen employee and she couldn't get it to work either

friendly staff...parking lot was lit up ok

floors were stained, the elevator had scratching inside it of bad language (glad my kids were not with me) door

kids running up and down the halls and screaming, knocking on doors ect

pool was open which was nice but kids screaming while using it all night was not good did not get to enjoy that

my kids got out the pool and their skin were red

not the greatest place to bring kids but if you have to its not horrible

parking could use to be a little better spaced

booked a king room, non-smoking, with king bed

the smell in room was smoke free was which was nice sense we wanted non smoking room

floors were disgusting like they never mop, there's no wifi in the rooms, the filters on the air conditioner

they allow smoking

kids running upstairs and every time someone came or left out of their room the doors slam shut

kids running upstairs late at night and room doors made loud bangs throughout the night every time

if anything, the breakfast bar has room for improvement.

low wifi signal in room. rest was fine.

free parking place and pool (we didn't use it)
