i understand stand the kids needed to stretch their legs after traveling
there were little kids over us all night running until 2:00 am
paid for two queen *requested accessibility room onsite for two disabled adult guest w two kids
kids running around, laughing & playing in hallway, and being charged an extra $65 for mother
were close and they didn't advertise on the page not good my 3 kids bring the towels and bathing

they could ve could ve left the breakfast out until 9:30 as advertised.

personally i wouldn't recommend this particular location if you have kids
or microwave or refrigerator and the house keeper would only let us have 2 towels said that the kids wasn t
the rug between beds was wetstaff would not replace blankets dirty rooms outside smell horrible kids running
my kids was so scared to sit on the bed it was devastating
was close to the coliseum, the pricing was good compared to others around, parking was easy, bed was decent

the last night there were teenage kids smoking weed, running up and down the hallway playing, screaming, throwing
kids loved the breakfast, the muffins and juice was a hit
i was disappointed and so were my kids

the hotel was hosting a kids convention and there were literally more than 5,000 elementary school kids
there were a lot of kids staying in the hotel at the same time as us and they made a lot of noise in the corridor
people were drinking alcohol at the pool not watching their kids and the pool was
had people who were playing a sport there a whole bunch of kids holding up and playing on the elevators
we reported it to the hotel after 11pm trying to give the kids time to settle down

the 3rd floor same one was smoking weed i complained 3 time no one did nothing about it i had 3 kids with me
of the bed was a little hard to sleep on for me, but me and hubby switch with the kids and it was better
come here a lot and i told them when i checked in i m a 3rd shift worker i don t want to hear kids running

the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the kids had fun in the pool.
room was beside the elevator it was too many noisy kids/ young adults making noise all times of the night too
the indoor pool looked like it was a lot of fun for families with young kids but was too busy for me to use at
too many pets & kids. very loud.

pool was so cold after a 8 hr drive my kids couldn't even go in
didn't realize that we had to pay for breakfast and our kids went down just like any other hotel and started
my kids got in it once and lasted 20 before they couldn't deal with it and were shivering
all staff i repeat all staff were so fantastic with our grandkids who had some terrible tragedies recently-it
