morning staff was polite courteous joked around with my kids
the rooms are nice and clean. the beds are very comfortable. my kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

the pool floor was so slick we lost count how many times people fell on the deck (not just kids running) overall

lights would not turn off so our kids had to sleep with all the lights on
the ropes course on the indoor pool and the water slide outdoor were big hits for my kids
the lobby is beautiful and cozy, and the hotel offers plenty of activities for kids
not much for adults to do in the winter besides bar and restaurant, the indoor pool is full of kids which is
