elevator was broken and had to haul luggage for adult and 2 kids up 3 floors
i called the front desk a little after 11 to let them know and inquire about quiet hours as my kids and i were
my kids loved the indoor swimming pool, they are just asking me when are going to stay at the hotel
kids where so extremely loud in the room above us and we complaint 10 times and nothing was
little kids that were running around until late hours in room above ours

the kids were very disappointed
i was traveling with kids and would have stayed elsewhere had i been informed
kids were excited about the pool, get here and its closed of course because of covid
stayed for one night with kids, there is a renovation ongoing which is really needed for the hotel
wifi did not work well

getting a physical key for my kids reset the digital key
no place for kids to eat
it had a nice pool.
the pool and jacuzzi were both ice cold
sadly the pool was closed but was giving ymca days at the pool, was appreciated but didn't use.

front desk personnel were not extremely attentive. had kids hanging out with them we p0
the breakfast provided in the morning was very good and plenty of choices
breakfast was very good
breakfast was the best we had on our 2 week vacation by far.

this room for the pool so the kids could swim after being in the car all day
was a bit of trash lying around the outside of the sidewalks outside of the doors and around the parking lot
it made us decide to not do our laundry
