was without cable tv the entire stay---supposed technical issues--no good when you have kids
when booking online there is no option to have kids at this hotel
no smiles not friendly enough . seems kids just work cause it s a job.

breakfast options were good, especially for the kids
didn't give me top floor as requested and 2nd night kids running above us til midnight or later
my kids noticed it and immediately took the comforter off the bed and used their own blanket
pool was down and freezing then down again. bummed kids.

the hotel was able to honor my request for adjoining rooms, which made traveling with kids easier
too many bangs on doors and walls and kids running up and down the hallways through our the night
we heard it on other room doors as well, assuming kids were just having fun
you have little kids staying near your room, you hear every scream and stomp
pool was complete chaos with about 30 kids running around and only one other adult in there

the pull-out bed should have added comfortable sleeping locaton fir two kids
new ownership was a bit unfriendly as we had 2 kids with the wife and i
horrible parking hard to enter to check in very dim parking lot hard to find enterance
breakfast was adequate
only negative was the poor wifi connection...needs improvement.

we have taken the kids to swim there at times and i choose your place because you are friendly and always clean
was in the pool area with family, kids were swimming, all was great
i could not believe it i assumed i had the late check out id requested so after break feast my kids an i laid
the hotel was kept very clean. the kids had a blast playing basketball in the pool.
laundry room was clean and decently priced

i did not see any type of breakfast counter in the mornings.
stayed 3 days and when asking for clean towels was told they were in laundry being washed; they never did bring
great parking & easy check-in.
i was scared to walk through the parking lot at 9:45pm with all the

restaurant was close, but not a comfortable place with our kids. we left before even ordering

thoughtful little things like a makeup removal kit, a shared fridge , and a nice little breakfast with some

bad: this place says it s pet friendly, but the deposit is $75, which doubles the rate of the room
went down to breakfast at 7 am and when i returned my key card no longer worked
