found poo in the pool, super disappointing for kids to not get to swim
it was very clean. plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. kids really liked the hot tub.

this was an old motel and repairs where there were holes in walls looked like little kids had plastered the
walls were a little thin but the kids next door went to bed at about 9:30, so not a problem.
was clean we liked that it had a little extra space in the room by the bathroom for our kids pack n play

the room was clean and it was nice to relax in the hot tub with hike the kids played
were very helpful, the property was convenient to i-5 but quiet, and the pool was perfect for the kids to splash

only complaint i have was the kids running up and down the halls at 7 am - but that was not the hotels issue
not a big deal, but kids running on above floor hallway.
elevator broke during our stay, we had to carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs with (3) kids in tow

there wasn t enough room for the kids in our group much less all the others that showed up
off their frame and the frame is metal under so it would stick out and could be dangerous for kids
no bathtub nor removable shower head, make it difficult to shower for little kids

the rooms are very clean and the pool was great for the kids

this home has it's own yard, so the kids had a lot of fun playing in the snow
the in-room fireplace plus jacuzzi tub was out of this world
we were on bottom floor i really like balcony and we didn't have fireplace.
