the room was gorgeous, the staff was helpful, and the pool area was great for our three kids!

we went up to see our kids and it was plenty of room for us all to sit and visit and my grandbabies had room
people slamming doors late at night and could hear kids running around the room for almost an hour on floor

pool and hot tub were cold or not working, i chose the indoor pool for the kids
facility was full of young children, which is no problem, i love kids
was closed for repairs, not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have at the time with my kids
we stayed because we have kids and it's easier to go downstairs and feed them versus gettin everyone up dressed

pool was out of service and that was the reason i chose this hotel, for my kids to be able to swim so that was

place smelled like paint and woodchips and was full of construction workers who also had their kids there running
it was close and convenient to my kids.
got sent too 2 deferent rooms at check in that had people in them, walked in on a couple with my kids and was
reason for me using hawthorne was four there kitchen area so that i could actually cook for my kids once i had
my kids and i have stayed there often

the breakfast provided was only eggs and oatmeal and kids were allowed to run the halls at 2am and nobody
