before arriving my kids were healthy and fine
we arrived and the kids were excited to swim
allowed pets and placed us ( family with kids) in a room with a joint door and they had dogs who barked every
this is the closest hotel to sand mountain park and there were a lot of kids at the hotel along with alot of
the noise that was coming from the kids over me in my frist room .

the staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool and hot breakfast
indoor pools was open and was a plus with kids
indoor pool was fun for the kids in the winter
they even had a waffle maker which my kids enjoyed as well as many other cold and warm items available for
definitely a disappointment for the kids

suite was very spacious and gave us plenty of space for our two pack n plays with room for the kids to still

also, pool could have been a bit cleaner; however, there was a great deal of rain prior to our visit
my daughter has food allergies and the kitchen staff was kind and helpful to look at ingredients for us

kids playing in the hallway and jumping in the room
also the walls are thin even with noise machines i could hear kids running down the halls every morning
breakfast was terrible

we have kids so it s important to find a clean well maintained place that shows they care
loud neighbors and unsupervised kids in the pool
so we ended up giving our kids our blankets and slept with no bottom sheet or blanket
only complaint i have is the neighbors that were directly above us had some hyper kids that sounded like they
my kids still did a little swim and enjoyed themselves

my kids love the little commissary in the lobby for snacks
pool was green and kids wanted to swim but couldn t
pool area had no umbrellas for us to sit under while the kids played

staff extremely friendly, room was good, internet was great for kids.

if you wanted a grassy area for kids to run around this is not the place
the only thing that was wrong was the allowance of drunk arguing adults are kids at the pool
loud kids in the next room
so many problems and safety concerns that i packed up my kids and left at 2:30 in the morning
clean rooms n parking area n overall feel of being comfortable n safe even away from home in a hotel

i was not comfortable letting my kids do that unattended (if the one near our room worked i could watch them
i was extremely disappointed about that, as i was here with 2 kids for christmas and their birthdays

we booked a king bedroom with a pull out couch for the kids
