the lobby was always clean and welcoming but now it's used as a storage room along with kids toys thrown about
if they passed us in the parking lot they would ask if we needed anything and was everything ok

some of the front desk staff was young college kids who were unattentive and need to work on customer service
there were kids running up and down the halls all night the first night, but the second night it was good
i m a single dad so forking out the extra money for the extras i wanted for my kids was kinda disappointing
upset that the indoor pool and jacuzzi was not warm at all and when i go somewhere to stay with kids in a cold

we decided to have some ice cream with the kids around the corner
they seemed to be college kids and were fowl mouthed unprofessional kids

brand new, very clean free breakfast included. overall great.
to the other rooms- we paid extra for a mountain view room and got a very small room with a parking lot

we were 2 different families kids and parent sleeping in the same room
it, it just was an inconvenience and i would have liked to have a connecting door with my young kids- for safety

the pool air and water were cold but my kids still enjoyed it
room was a perfect size for our two pack n plays with still room for my kids to play and us to walk around
hotel for the indoor pool, very upset kids to learn when we got there it was empty for maintenance

pool had so much chlorine you couldnt breath but it was nice to sit outside while kids swam
