kids loved the pool! it was nice having an indoor pool

if you ask my kids, they would say they loved the pool

and being so close to restaurants was a definite bonus so i didn't have to drive myself and kids around in search

hotel other than 2 x kids running and talking loudly in halls

the pool said it was heated but seemed very cold to me, my mother, and 2 kids

do day trips to hendersonville and asheville often with our kids

front desk person in the evening was so kind to open the breakfast area to get some milk for my kids to have

there were warnings in elevator about kids and hall noise, but there were multiple instances of children running

just loud disrespectful guests allowing their kids to run the halls and slam the doors not the hotels fault

walls a little thin. could hear neighbors kids talking quietly and coughing.

i witnessed a worker help a mother carry an armload of kids floaties to the pool

we were traveling with our three small kids and our three dogs and they made sure we had everything we needed

luckliy we have a teenage to watch over the 2 younger kids

front desk had free snacks and cookies for the kids

they are understanding and very good with kids you can tell its a place for familys

the only reason i paid was bc my teenage kids assumed it was complimentary and started on it and the worker

front desk amazing. location excellent. the art in this hotel is awesome. rooftop bar stunning.

the rooftop bar was everything you could ever imagine along with the view while the sun was setting
