great hotel and staff. 10+ yrs been staying there with husband kids and dog always a great time

pool can be noisy at some of the places we go the kids can swim till 8 pm and adults 8-10

apartment was comfortably furnished and the outdoor patio was great for fresh air and place for kids to run
we had 2 kids sleeping with us and that night was humid, so overall, it wasn t a very comfortable stay for
i had 4 little kids waiting in the hallway crying to get in to bed while i searched for staff that was just at

my kids ran barefoot in the room and their feet were black
kids were very disappointed
was too small and crowded for 20 people at the same time especially with family who had small kids
the pool was under maintenance and i choose to stay in a hotel with a pool for my kids
and the kids loved the waffle

and springy on all 3 of our beds and the bath tub plug wouldn t hold water to allow my wife and kids to enjoy
entrance of our suite which made coming in and out difficult and was always worried my two young kids would get
and we also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub facilities with our kids
kids splashing in pool and scared all the smaller kids away; perhaps put a sign up for no diving or
noisey and kids running around halls
