was clean, family oriented and my kids loved the pool

we didn t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice

reserved a non-smoking room and when we arrived we were told they only had smoking rooms left

to our disappointment, my kids were not able to enjoy the pool as the staff said they were not opening the pool

guest kids constantly running back and forth not to mention my room is right in front of the stairs where

didnt feel safe with my kids with the stragglers hanging around smoking weed.

three moms and 10 kids- we were probably louder than most people would have liked but the staff never made us

i wasn t really happy with the quality of the breakfast.

no fault of fairfield inn & suites, the pool, hot tub facilities were not available due to none other but covid

pool was closed, no breakfast, no gym everything on the website was not offered when we arrived also no

small parking lot. it was very tight i had to park too close to cars and i hate doing that.

wanted a jacuzzi near the pool.

our group one truck was stolen from hotel parking lot another truck was broken in braking glass , so security

get my own beach towel that was still damp from the day before and use that for myself and my 3 kids

main things i look for in a hotel stay is, breakfast, pool, and the bed

pool water was quite cold, and could have been cleaned out

kids in the same floor down the hall way were running and throwing ball in the hall way couldn't

they also provided a complimentary breakfast with a lot of variety of hot and cold food

the breakfast and kitchenette is a plus

the first room i was in the ac wasn't working properly and we kept hearing kids running up above us

bed was comfortable for the adults but the rollaway and couch was uncomfortable for kids

night, the front door is locked so staff want you to enter through the side door nearest the pool

first as soon as i reach it took the frot desk lady few mins to help me then i went to my room wifi not working

super cleaned. loved the stay. delicious breakfast.

the beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. it was super easy shuttle to the airport.

i liked the shower would have preferred a tub because i had small kids

nigerian man was very rude to the black kids he scream in their face saying he would put them out and give money

the pool was out of order for most of my stay which was very disappointing that my kids had to watch the other

family booked this location with kids in hopes that the children would be able to swim but the pool was out of

no areas for kids inside or outside the hotel

i never feel like my kids are disturbing those below us if they make too much noise or run

i only got the room for my kids to get away and swim in a pool that's safe because of our neighborhood

some people who were staying were on drugs or weeds in the balcony, never felt good with kids.
