advisor told us the heated pool was open ( its why we picked this hotel, we have kids) but it is seasonal only

there are back doors on the hotel rooms and a huge grassy area for my kids to play

looked like it had a nice outdoor area to walk around so it could be good for families with kids

the bath towels were extremely used and very small something more fit for kids

desk clerk did not wear a mask, they served a breakfast buffet and there was a family with three kids at breakfast

you can hear everything including people talking in the halls, toilets flushing, people peeing kids jumping on

to many kids in the pool even until 10 to enjoy actual adult time

fact that as a family with two small kids the kings room was not an option for the 4 of us

was traveling with kids and i only had two towels had to call for more then the lady said to come to her when

chlorinated, the pool was clean, and i know being a holiday weekend the amount of families with kids , they were

for early check-in in the king room and they checked in the other two rooms that we had for our kids so we had

kids enjoyed pool

the pool wasn t working properly, so my kids weren t able to get in

pool was not heated so kids all in the hot tub
