my kids were disappointed

only thing i didn t car for was the sliding door to the bathroom it s kinda heavy for small kids

the handicap lift for the pool didn't work. i don't think the battery was charged.

was christmas day, and breakfast was just a grab and go

room was humid and stale the first day, our wifi password didn t work

we listed the number of people staying in our room (3 adults, 2 kids- 2 & 7), requested a rollaway bed

breakfast area was completely closed, we had to sit on the curb to have coffee because our kids were asleep in

i felt a little shade because, i was told after dropping my kids off to school that the pet fee wasn't charged

my kids enjoyed it very well before going to school

indoor pool for the kids and the breakfast was great!!!

staff working the dining area worked very hard to keep up with the multitude of kids in the hotel for a baseball

and outside area were nice and had outside bathrooms near the pool, which was great with young kids

they had the light out for a whole day not wanting to help evacuees with lights who had kids in their rooms like

the rooms were clean. the pool was nice. check in and check out was easy.

after an encounter with kids smoking meth in the elevator and then our family having to go in we decided to
