was super comfy kids slept on sofa bed what was equally as comfy
great for kids too
excellent facilities including a soft play area for the kids to enjoy
will definitely be back with kids as there is so much to do
from a kids facilities eye

the kids want to go back next year
hotel was exactly what we needed and the kids had a ball playing on the swings and rope swings
the hotel grounds are beautiful great for the kids
accommodating staff, a comfy bed that was wonderful to just lie on for hours at a time, excellent wifi, and a
parking was a bit disorganized but we worked it out

kids juice boxes and no choice of bread or baked goods, cold meat and/or cheese is not my idea of a
wifi not great
all the staff are friendly, the bar is lively and the rooms are of the highest standard
room wasn't best suited to eating room service food

comfortable bar and great grassy area by the sea, gated to keep dogs and young kids in
pool table was great for the kids when the weather was bad
our room had carpet that looked like a pet had dug it up trying to get out of the door

the breakfast was excellent and the kids loved the little games area
also the hotel is right beside a road so was a constant worry that kids would run out (e
since you have all that lovely garden space, it would be great to have a wee play park for the kids or just more
the lagg is dog-friendly too which was great and we especially loved the 'kids' room' downstairs & lounge area
couldn't get wifi though it is available.

kids only allowed in the bar til 8.
wifi signal was weak and intermittent
food was absolutely amazing, and breakfast
food was lovely, breakfast, evening meal, especially the sea bass on crushed potatoes with garlic and prawns
only thing which is nothing really, on our first morning for full scottish breakfast we had to wait a while

not a problem but when a herd of elephants (think it was kids tbh) moved in upstairs our room no
view was spectacular over the bay to holy isle and the kids enjoyed playing on the large garden area out front
big,nice garden place where you can have a bbq time or breakfast/dinner for kids and dog was a paradise as
where the kids go to get drunk
the room window opened fully and with it being the top floor was a little dangerous for my kids who could open

room definitely not big enough for 2 adults n 2 big kids
out with no fuss ie extra towels, toilet roll and breakfast was good even sorted out my fussy kids
not the hotels fault that two kids for us is a 15 year old adult size and a big 12
bar is lively, full of friendly people in an other wise quiet town
the location was excellent and parking wonderfully easy
