the lobby was always clean and welcoming but now it's used as a storage room along with kids toys thrown about
if they passed us in the parking lot they would ask if we needed anything and was everything ok

we have stayed with kids, the manager (cemal) was accommodating and upgraded one of our rooms to have both
breakfast was great and they were slammed by theses sport kids on tour busses, yet they were on it everything
great property. friendly staff. pool is nice if not crowded with kids.

the staff is wonderful, its pet friendly, the pool with toys for the kids is great!!!

kids like the pool
they had a strawberry compote for the waffles at breakfast and it was very popular for our kids
but idk if we will risk staying again since my kids will be coming often

please keep this in mind if your kids are really wanting to play
indoor outdoor pools are ones that my kids always love
everything, the staff were rude, kids running the halls i don't recommend
my kids loved the pancake maker and the pool was a nice addition
the pool was open late (till 10pm) which was great for my kids to enjoy after a busy day.

to the hot tub by the pool, and parents were outside while their kids ran wild in the pool and hot tub area
noise, i guess above us first night sounded like people running or kids, the other 2 nights were fine, the area

the facilities were clean and the indoor pool was a huge plus for the kids
we were given a room on the quiet side, but young kids like to rev their cars before they enter the tunnel
noise made by the other guests, specifically a group of kids
to many restaurants, shopping and fun places for kids/family
the kids were able to play in the snow and when they needed a break they could spend time in the pool

pool was pretty small only room for a handful of kids until it felt cramped
it was great that the pool area was open late but i did not expect the number of kids in the pool after 9 pm
i'm sure kids will love the pastries, waffles, cereal, two kinds of sausage and juice

a big plus for us was the two tvs; the kids had their own space to relax in the living area while we could

i've never been so exhausted on a trip intended to relax from work and kids
we loved the full kitchen and w/d and comfortable furnishings
i loved that we had a washer/dryer in our room so i could do some laundry and not pack up our filthy clothes

pool was good for kids and the hotel was in a good location for walking to the center of town
pool was still open in mid october, which my kids loved
beds were comfortable, both me, my wife and kids (2 and 6 years old) slept very well
hotel needed renovation, some wall outlets were loose and did not feel very safe for the kids
