parking garage elevator broken and it's already hard to get luggage out to car in garage as so far

location is immaculate; they have cookies at the front desk which the kids at this location seemed to enjoy

kids running through the hallways and thin walls could hear a couple and theif problems from doors

t get much sleep on night #2 due to a large group of kids fighting in the parking lot right outside our window

i didn t like the fact that my kids like to step in dog poop

issue i had was the fire alarm going off at 2am and having to take stairs to evacuate with 3 kids in the middle

the window you could tell they didn't clean well because the previous guests lotion bottle and kids toys were

i realize the need to be efficient but the kids on the shower was unacceptable

pool was dirty and the hot tub was nasty!! had algae! had not been cleaned in a long time!

cleaning staff were smoking and pool was not clean.

once we got locked out in the pool area

i couldn't get the tv to work in the gym. i forgot to tell the staff.

i enjoyed it all and the breakfast was great!

it was close to longhorn and starbucks. the layout of the room was nice. kids enjoyed the pool.

my pet received lots of loving, and the grass area for his outings was huge and well lit

the laundry room machines are non functional.
