we were in town for a swim meet and they allowed us a later checkout for my kids to shower and take a nap before

holly made sure all my kids stuff for college was stored in a room nicely and was so kind

the shower leaked - just poured out the door onto the floor and made a dangerous pool on the floor

everything was nice and clean and the parking lot was nice and secure

parking was easy

we kept having problems with the wifi

desk staff bent over backwards to get me an early check in room at 10:30 am when they were booked the night

the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen essentials

even a kitchenette

best sleep and the most comfortable room i've stayed in. late check out for ihg members!

location to visit my kids

and when i booked online it didn't say anything about that and my two kids wasn't happy and it looked like a

lay out. big group of kids loud around the pool.

staff that live there has kids running throughout

the pool wasn't open and that's why i picked them so my kids could go swimming

slept maybe 2 hrs there was kids or whoever above us all night i called the desk it stopped for 20 mins started

very clean & had a great breakfast each morning. the pool was nice and my kids enjoyed it.

choices of beer in the hotel bar were all lower end

the gym is very high quality

in the parking garage was out of service, hand sanitizer stations were empty/not working, the bar was closed,

price was pretty expensive and the hotel was full of kids running around including in the elevators

well i booked the hotel letting them know that i had young kids traveling with me and all the reviews said it

staff wasn t able to accommodate my kids and i

noise in the hallways from kids and adults was terrible

alone it was fine, but wouldn t expose my kids

seat was not properly attached to toilet which made using it tricky for myself and my kids

noisy family of kids running to and from pool area resulting in very wet floor in elevator, they also spilled

my kids and i itched all night

the free breakfast bar offered a variety of hot and cold options for a family of picky kids too
