swimming pool is big and deep in one section which i love - bar at the pool very nice - staff friendly and
in the pool - not the hotel's fault

they had no room service and the restaurant was shot down due to covid i believe.
pretty well know, locals call it the venetian experience in veracruz, its got its own parking lot, rooms are
cheap budget hotel with clean and large rooms. they made an early check in possible for me.

wifi worked erratically during our 3 night stay ( most of the time: not), the staff cannot solve
they offer all the services you need: breakfast, water for refilling your bottles, laundry service, etc
oh, and quite unique for this part of xalapa: it has it's own parking
