pool and hot tub were closed for maintenence not covid which was a disappointment when you have kids
pool was too cold for me to swim although the kids enjoyed it
kids were running around on the weekend. not the hotels fault
the hotel is very kid-friendly. we felt our kids were safe there.
hot water kids running all over doors slamming all hours of the night the staff had no control the breakfast

view , staff were friendly and helpful, spa was great , kids club was great , heated pool was great but could
pool was only available to adults but never saw an adult use it and would have been great for kids to have access
the family pool was plain and simole and loud with little kids
only negative for the stay was that we did find a kids small sock under an arm chair in our bedroom, made us
shame the kids couldn t be in the infinity pool with a view but not a big deal.

the pool was great for the kids
kids and adults yelling in the hallway passed 10:30 at night
iwe enjoyed the clean hotel room and the breakfast. staff members were helpful and kind.

at night was loud kids running up and down hallways yelling
the location was convenient, the area was quiet, and the pool was perfect for younger kids
breakfast wasreal eggs, hot with bacon potatoes, also hot
the closeness to what we needed to do pool area so clean staff was so very friendly
while most were friendly the weekend night bar person was excessively rude and aggressive
