friendly and helpful staff, heated pool clean room

parking is a challenge at some times

the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. parking was easy.

no gym, no pool, no restaurant etc

no pool, no gym, no maid service (you had to go to front desk to get extra towels etc) yet the price was the

loud kids next door, weird men standing outside the door

kids at pool, running and jumping all over

i liked that 2 adults and 4 kids were able to stay comfortable.

reserved a pet room and it smelled of urine, had to have machine brought in to help with

pet friendly

kids under 12 eat free instead it should be kids under 18 ... it was inconvenient for my family

the bar was nice. also the rooms.

we traveled with our pet and they could not have been more accommodating

friendly staff. nice pool. good cookies

parking lot could use some sealcoating & striping done could not see the lines were to park that

kitchen was nice. female staff were great.

doors and people who apparently couldn't get along very well yelling at each other and their kids

my kids take their cereal with warm milk and i asked if she could help warm their milk

breakfast was very good. and my kids loved the pool
