my kids barely got any sleep

we had no pillows or bedding for the kids

reserving a room we asked about the pool, and staff said it was a good size and good for our kids

another question about an ingredient she started yelling to the point we had to take our young kids and leave

my kids enjoyed the

smile and cheerful attitude, making us feel so welcome (even with a group of sleepy college kids)

they let their kids run up and down the halls and make noise and think nothing of it

the pool water is warm and they have pool toys for the kids

breakfast was great the kids enjoyed

the pool is heated but it was freezing my kids didn't even wanna get in it

she yelled at me on the phone when i asked her about coming back to to get the rest of my kids clothes

beds were very comfortable, good value. overall quiet, kids liked the tv.

there were holes every where in the walls and it was so filthy i couldn't stay there with my kids

we got there, the lady, who was checking in a couple before us, was questioning them if they have kids, because

i like that they offer free breakfast and wifi. that's all

great breakfast and my kids enjoyed the pool

enjoyed the breakfast the pool had a lot of kids so we couldn t enjoy the hot tub even though it was after

1st night we got woke at 3am by the room next to us locking their kids out of the room

could not use hot tub kids would not get out of it
