my kids are young 11/9 they said it was the best hotel they had ever stayed, i must agree, i would
- special baby/kids package with soap, shampoo and sponge - very comfortable bed
wifi was useless!
also, option to order eggs, bacon and oysters for room service breakfast-in-bed was a great treat
fabulous breakfast too

two businesses running side by side that seemed to clash, we were told we could use the outside pool but this

comfortable and good value, plus the have some car parking spaces so useful when travelling with kids
will put a minus because of a very poor wifi connection

we often get put in the tatty rooms when we bring kids and hounds which is fine with us
great staff ,great lobby with beautiful decor. lovely bar, kids loved the pool small but great
they promise but it s impossible to relax as the kids are allowed to go there screaming all the time
and facilities for kids, even some little area dedicated to them as not asking it to be made into a kids hotel

was excellent - room, bed, wifi, breakfast, service, bag storage, checkout time - and on this stay we ate dinner

room did fit us with 2 adults and 2 kids, not much space left but it worked
limited evening meal, lots of kids.
staff were lovely. great bar area with activities for kids too.

the staff were happy to get you a drink etc there wasn t an actual bar but it didn t spoil our stay

within easy reach of the town centre but near a park with a free outdoor zoo - great for kids
wifi log on system - and was ignored for 10 minutes at the front desk - very clinical - white and
we visited the spa and had a massage which was amazing
i had not realised that despite covid, the spa was open, which we would have used if we had known

i could see this being romantic for a couple, but not a great place to stay with kids
is open to the entire room, and thus very embarrassing when you need to shower in front of your kids or vice
restaurant is great!!! perfect stay with your pet and he is welcomed at the restaurant too

casino was a bonus at bottom of road on beach and with car and huge tv to watch the f1 with a beer
those passing by or wanting to stay a bit outside the centre of the city (next to the beach and casino)

chose the hotel solely for the spa for a couple of days chilling before commencing our holiday
bar staff were rather scarce and the seating was very uncomfortable

the spa facilities were great, we had two kids with us who were happy with the pool and the beach
