some lights didn't work in the room, the other tv wouldn't turn on for the kids.
booked this hotel for the pool so our kids could get out some energy after traveling all day
tv didn't work and way too loud of a party going on couldn't even get my kids in the pool
i assumed it was kids playing pranks
pool was closed, it did not state this during the tine i booked it. kids were bummed out.

the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming to our family (we have 4 kids)
we were there without our kids, but others were with kids
real dining options for kids
restaurant needs better service - host/hostess absent and bar service was slow
the bar and outside terrace are nice. people at desk and valet were friendly.
