room is a little small when fitting 2 adults + 2 kids, but is perfectly doable for short stays

very half heartedly i attempted to walk to the city center with my wife and kids via victorie place and was
has been recently renovated, and i loved the sofa bank-bed solution for families with two small kids
great place for families, by the way, and yet lovely for us without kids because the soundproofing is superb

especially enjoyed the steam/sauna and pool facilities
food was amazing both breakfast and the in house japanese restaurant silent room, spa area is total bliss
the mini bar was well garnished with different beverages, and even more
excellent room quality, staff, gym, pool, sauna and steam room

ordered kids desert just plain vanilla ice cream and it arrived with crumble

the spa facilities were really good if a little small but then again there is only 20 rooms at the
lots of charm - the warm and welcoming staff - the spa is superb, especially the indoor pool - the
wish you could have swim in the pool
we went to a suggested restaurant and bar - both of which were disappointing and old fashioned

floor, room was ready when i arrived which was great as it was very hot and i also paid extra for late check
some machines in the gym weren t working hair dryer not great
would hsve liked more weights and more variety of equipment in the gym
no room service despite that being advertised unless you want a microwave meal

gym is too small and equipment could be more modern/qualitative
great location, clean, room service was very good, saved us from starving upon late arrival.
is no way this room should have been offered as a guest room, but it should be used as a store or laundry room
ready, the staff can't be bothered turning lights on in restaurant until they're finished doing room service
the room service was fantastic and room was cleaned in the best way possible

and it was very cold in the restaurant room when we had breakfast with the kids in the morning
the swimming pool was really nice, kids loved it. the rooms are nice and clean.
very easy check in and check out, pool for kids was great, and breakfast was very nice

we are a family of 4 (2 adults,2 kids) and we had booked an apartment accordingly
treatment rooms are in its sister hotel 10 mi s walk away and the pool is not suitable for little kids
we have three kids that didn t travel with us and the peace for a city centre hotel was great
the staff did try but unfortunately our stay was still marred by the noise from other guests, the kitchen staff
desk staff and sommelier thought of everything, and we loved our wine tasting, drinks in the bar after dinner,

it would great to have a kids menu option but i have been told its coming soon
with my family with two small kids and felt very welcome
nice clean hotel and room was great given we had 2 kids and a dog
bed for kids was downstairs while parents could enjoy a drink on the private
the staff are exceptional and were amazing with children, room set up also great with kids!
