the spa had no water in the jacuzzi no refreshments like advertised and looked quiet run down, the
bad wifi (very very very slow) and no wifi outside loveless breakfast, you think it s your last

found the heated pool quite cold and not deep enough for swimming lengths which was a bit of a shame - the
